Total commission of 28% for GENERAL PRACTITIONERS, MEDICAL SPECIALISTS, SENIOR PHYSICIANS/MEDICAL DOCTORS, DEPUTY DEPARTMENT HEADS based on the candidate's gross annual salary (minus 1st payment)

Total commission of 30% for CHIEF/HEAD PHYSICIANS, MEDICAL DEPARTMENT HEADS based on the candidate's gross annual salary (minus 1st payment)

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE ("WARRANTY CLAUSE")

If the candidate leaves the company within a defined replacement guarantee-period, starting from actual entry date of the candidate (excluding: "enforced redundancy") we are obliged to present up to 2-3 qualified replacement candidates free of charge.

Examples of replacement guarantee-periods are as follows:

  • Austria::
    • - 3 months replacement guarantee-period (for junior positions and specialists)
    • - 6 months period (for senior positions)
  • Germany: 4 months for overall positions
  • Switzerland: 3 months for overall positions
  • Countries located outside of the G/A/S-Region: Replacement guarantee-period upon request and related to the official political notice period of the concerned country

PLACING ADS IN MEDIA AND JOB BOARDS

For our clients we offer special "packages" for placing adds in Media and Job boards. Interview-related travelling or other expenses shall be settled directly with the applicant by the ordering party.
