Jana Oravcova received a PharmDr degree in clinical pharmacy and PhD degree in Pharmacology at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She completed her post-doc study at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz, Austria. Jana later specialized in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector including biopharma therapy options.During the initial period she joined the Medical Department at GSK and later she continued as Business Unit Manager for Bayer and Merck KGaA in Bratislava working also in international cross-functional teams and complex matrix environment. In the course of her almost 20 years long professional career, she has gained broad experience as senior executive in pharmaceutical industry with local and regional (CEE) impact. She was recognized for driving change, customer and stakeholder relations as well as developing people and talent management. With focus on innovative treatment options in oncology and immuno-oncology, her specialties include strategic planning, pre-launch and launch execution excellence, project management including genomics, business development, market access and portfolio management. With vision to combine understanding of healthcare and pharma/biotech industry as well as talent management experience with successful recruiting, she decided in 2018 to join ISG International Service Group as a Managing Partner for Slovakia and Czech Republic,.
